Building the Life You Want One Breath at a Time
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and offer integrative psychotherapy and coaching across a range of modalities. I also serve as the current Interim Director of Curriculum and Faculty Development at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. My journey working in mental health began over a decade ago at Harvard, where I spent five years studying the intersection of the History of Science, Psychology, Religion, Prevention Science, and Developmental Counseling. This path has taken me through diverse cultural landscapes - from the U.S. to Brazil and India - where I've had the privilege of working with individuals across the lifespan in both educational and clinical capacities. I also studied and taught Yoga and Ayurveda at Kripalu Center. Throughout my career, I've integrated evidence-based psychological methodologies with the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda.
I am trained in an integrative approach across modalities like Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Emotion Focused Therapy, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and other psychodynamic, somatic, and relational approaches. My specialty areas include trauma, interpersonal challenges, family/relational repair, wellness coaching, anxiety, and depression. I work with individuals, couples, and groups. I run a weekly group for individuals with chronic pain and health challenges.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in cultivating a rich ecology of being and belonging that supports resilience and balance, both within and without. I am committed to supporting clients towards peace and presence, providing a nurturing space that encourages self-discovery, compassionate inquiry, growth, and integration. I am passionate about empowering clients to live lives that align deeply with their values. From a shoshin approach, no matter what challenges the past has presented, each breath offers the opportunity to begin again.
